What a wonderful time we had meeting the attendees of the Care & Ageing Well Expo this weekend. We were able to showcase our services and spread the word about our expansion plans for Valencia and new builds for Victoria Park and Lesmurdie. There were many highlights - our Executive Chef Jamie created the dish of the weekend with his Caramelised Onion and Cauliflower soup with bacon bits, micro greens and crème fraiche! Many people returned for seconds and thirds! Sunshine Park brought 5 of their Residents to show case the Chair Dancing they do as part of their fitness activities. This proved very popular with the crowd. Shelagh Burger our OT in Albany was able to show case the Card Making activities they do with Residents, and Jenny Clark from Valencia brought in Aromatherapy and Interest boxes to help start memory reminder conversations.
