We have all single spacious rooms with ensuite, ceiling fan, reverse cycle air conditioner, adjustable beds, and lockable bed side cabinet as well as ample cupboard space and extra-large entry door for easy access. All rooms have an outside door that leads onto a flat path area. The ensuite is very spacious to accommodate the use of walkers and wheelchairs.
Lee Roshana is built on a large area with maintained gardens and a secure fence all around the facility. Our gardens provide a space for residents to relax in the sun with family and friends and to take a stroll.
Your fees and charges will be based on the outcome of the financial assessment that you have submitted to Centrelink or DVA prior to your entry into aged care. Further information is available on the My Aged Care website www.myagedcare.gov.au
Basic Daily Care Fee – Payable by all aged care recipients
The maximum daily care fee is payable by all residents in aged care and equates to 85% of the Australian single age pension. The basic daily fee is set by the Australian Government and increases on the 20th of March and September every year. For some people this is the only fee they are required to pay.
Daily Accommodation Contribution (DAC) – Subject to financial
assessment outcome
The resident pays the required amount direct to the aged care provider which reduces the amount of care subsidy paid from the government to the provider. This fee is subject to quarterly reviews. The DAC can be paid as a RAC (Refundable Accommodation Contribution).
